Edwin P. Hui
Chief Executive Officer

Edwin P. Hui is Chief Executive Officer, Senior Management of Innoload Systems Inc.  Innoload Systems is a software and solutions developer specializing in electronic value systems, specifically in the areas of electronic ticketing, payment, and telecom products and services.  Innoload is headquartered in Makati City, Philippines.
Mr. Hui is the Chair of the Executive Committee and the Management Committee, which works to strategize and implement critical corporate goals and manage the challenges and initiatives across lines of business and functional areas.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hui provides strategic and functional leadership to the initiatives of Innoload in the Philippines and worldwide.  He is responsible for creating new business streams and subsequent development of products and services.

Mr. Hui is the original founder and visionary of Innoload Systems.  Mr. Hui concurrently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Director of MetroPass Systems Inc., a partner of Smart Communications Inc. in the pioneering of contact-less ticketing and payment systems for nation-wide mass transportation in the Philippines.  Previously, Mr. Hui was engaged in technical and managerial consulting for Canadian enterprise-level corporations in the commercial and retail industry, and is credited for laying the groundwork and vision for the development of one of the largest online gaming and electronic payment networks in North America, with annual turnover (circa 2005) in the billions of dollars.

Mr. Hui has and currently serves as a management and technology consultant and advisor to real-estate sector companies in the Philippines, among them Camella and Palmera Homes Inc. (now known as Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. (PSE:VLL) and Fil-Estate Management Corporation (affiliate of Fil-Estate Land, PSE:LND).

A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Mr. Hui received his Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and in Management Information Systems.

Christina H. Cabrera
Chief Operating Officer

Christina H. Cabrera is Chief Operating Officer, Senior Management of Innoload Systems Inc.  Innoload Systems is a software and solutions developer specializing in electronic value systems, specifically in the areas of electronic ticketing, payment, and telecom products and services.  Innoload is headquartered in Makati City, Philippines.

Mrs. Cabrera is a member of the Executive Committee and the Management Committee, which works to strategize and implement critical corporate goals and manage the challenges and initiatives across lines of business and functional areas.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Cabrera provides functional leadership to the projects and objectives of Innoload Systems Inc.  She oversees and manages, on a daily basis, multiple on-stream projects directly related to the telecom, ticketing, payment, customer relationship, and content management initiatives of Innoload.

Mrs. Cabrera comes to Innoload from her position as Co-Founder and President of Omnitech Systems, a distributor and provider of electronics, computer hardware and software, and systems and solutions consulting services.  Previously, Mrs. Cabrera held several managerial and consulting positions in Los Angeles, United States of America.

Mrs. Cabrera received her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman.

Arnold K. Wong
Chief Technical Officer

Arnold K. Wong is Chief Technical Officer, Senior Management of Innoload Systems Inc.  Innoload Systems is a software and solutions developer specializing in electronic value systems, specifically in the areas of electronic ticketing, payment, and telecom products and services.  Innoload is headquartered in Makati City, Philippines.

Mr. Wong is a member of the Executive Committee and the Management Committee, which works to strategize and implement critical corporate goals and manage the challenges and initiatives across lines of business and functional areas.

As Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Wong provides software architectural design, support, and direction, and is integral in the company’s technology choices for its innovative and patent-pending systems and solutions.  Mr. Wong has over ten years of experience in software design architecture utilizing a full three-tiered architecture across a broad range of software technologies including Java, C++, C#, SQL Server, and Oracle.    

Mr. Wong comes to Innoload from his position of Chief Software Architect from Cadence Systems Inc., where he designed, developed, and deployed a comprehensive web-enabled solution supporting the day-to-day operations of one of the three largest real-estate and commercial property developers in the Philippines.

Theresa P. Gatmaitan
Acting Finance Officer

Theresa P. Gatmaitan is Acting Finance Officer, Senior Management of Innoload Systems Inc.  Innoload Systems is a software and solutions developer specializing in electronic value systems, specifically in the areas of electronic ticketing, payment, and telecom products and services.  Innoload is headquartered in Makati City, Philippines.

Theresa P. Gatmaitan is a member of the Management Committee, which works to implement critical corporate goals and manage the challenges and initiatives across lines of business and functional areas.

As Acting Finance Officer, Ms. Gatmaitan is responsible for the structuring of corporate accounts and the oversight of day-to-day accounting and treasury operations.  She is also chiefly responsible for all official and fiduciary dealings with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines) and with all associated financial institutions, locally and worldwide.

Previously, Ms. Gatmaitan was Acting Finance Officer for Omnitech Solutions, a distributor and provider of electronics, computer hardware and software, and systems and solutions consulting services.  She was responsible for the structuring of corporate accounts and oversight of day-to-day operations.  She began her career in the Accounting department of the Tower Club Inc.

Ms. Gatmaitan received her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accountancy from the University of the East, Manila.

Fritz L. Dy
Executive Vice President

Fritz L. Dy is the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Senior Management of Innoload Systems Inc.  Innoload Systems is a software and solutions developer specializing in electronic value systems, specifically in the areas of electronic ticketing, payment, and telecom products and services.  Innoload is headquartered in Makati City, Philippines.

Mr. Dy is a member of the Executive Committee and the Management Committee, which works to strategize and implement critical corporate goals and manage the challenges and initiatives across lines of business and functional areas.

As Executive Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Dy is responsible for Innoload’s marketing vision and directives, ensuring that the company is foremost in the minds of our clients and our target clientele, through the development and launch of innovative and leading-edge branding and awareness promotions.

Mr. Dy is concurrently the President of EERA Technologies Inc., a holding company engaged in and with holdings in the telecom, retail, food, and real-estate industries.  Prior to his engagement in EERA Technologies, Mr. Dy was involved in the financial services sector working with the Manila branch of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank, a leader in the worldwide banking industry.

A graduate of Ateneo De Manila University, Mr. Dy received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Communications Technology.  Afterwards, Mr. Dy attained a Graduate diploma in General Management from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
